easyJet Gatwick flights to holiday hotspots

Low cost airline easyJet has announced yet more new flights from Gatwick airport to popular destinations in Europe.

The budget airline will launch four new routes from London Gatwick to holiday hotspots in Croatia, Italy, Greece and Cyprus starting next Spring.

Daily flights to Naples from Gatwick will launch on May 1st next year. One way fares to the popular city break and holiday destination including taxes and charges will start from £31.99.

Flights to Larnaca on the ever popular holiday island of Cyprus will leave from Gatwick on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays starting from March 31st next year. One way fares including taxes and charges are priced from £30.99.

There will also be four flights a week to Dubrovnik in Croatia. The new flights from Gatwick will depart on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays starting from May 1st 2009 with one way fares including taxes and charges available from £29.99. Dubrovnik is enjoying a renaissance after the ending of the Balkan War and is once again becoming popular with the jet set crowd.

The final new route announced by easyJet is from Gatwick to the Greek island of Santorini. Flights will leave Gatwick three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays with one way fares including taxes and charges from £36.99.

“With our summer 2009 flights also now on sale there has never been a better time to make sure you book summer early and save big! Today’s announcement will further strengthen our position at London Gatwick; which is our biggest single airport base,” Osborne adds.

Earlier this week easyJet announced more new flights from Gatwick in its summer 2009 schedule. Destinations include holiday favourites such as Alicante, Malaga and Faro along with popular city break destinations such as Edinburgh, Barcelona and Helsinki.
