Our Customer Relations department have recently completed an in house survey. The Survey looked at the number of complaints in relation to the number of airport hotel and airport parking bookings. Customer satisfaction may not be guaranteed but it certainly comes in at nearly 100%! We are pleased with the results with customer satisfaction running at 99.81% we will still strive to achieve that extra 0.19% efficiency.
