easyJet Teamed Up With HostelWorld.com

Airline passengers will now get access to more than 20,000 budget hostels and B&B accommodation worldwide thanks to a new partnership.

Low fares airline easyJet has teamed up with HostelWorld.com, a leading provider of budget accommodation in holiday destinations around the world including all destinations served by the airline.

The new service will be promoted via the easyJet homepage and dynamically via the customer's flight confirmation screen. easyJet passengers will be able to make a reservation instantly by paying a 10% deposit, with the balance paid on arrival at their accommodation.

To help them make an informed choice about their holiday accommodation easyJet customers will also be able to look at photos and maps and user reviews and ratings of the accommodation on offer.

easyJet says its partnership with HostelWorld.com has come at an appropriate time as people look to save money on their holidays. Hostelworld.com has an extensive B&B inventory throughout Europe, offering customers the opportunity to book into a more traditional type of accommodation whilst exploring their holiday destination.

The airline believes that hostels are now appealing to a wider selection of holidaymakers and not just backpackers. Many hostels now offer private rooms, ensuite bathrooms, free internet, pools, bars and restaurants along with a unique social experience and excellent locations.
