Holiday extras went straight in at number 23 for the Sunday Times ' 100 Best Small Companies to Work For'. This was exceptional for a first attempt to be listed in the competition. The survey showed that Holiday extras' staff have confidence in the founder of the company Gerry Pack and the management team.
Gerry Pack was particularly pleased to see the company was nominated for the 'best well being' section and to see that the levels of stress in the Holiday Extras workplace was ranked among the four lowest.
Holiday extras staff feel a strong sense of family loyalty which reflects in the 90% of employees saying that they do enjoy a good laugh at work.
