Christmas in New York for West End Stars

A one-off London show Christmas In New York, from the team behind the Notes From New York series will feature a cast of West End stars lead by Anna-Jane Casey.

Returning to the West End, Anna-Jane Casey has starred in a number of top productions including Sunday In The Park With George, Notes From New York and Chicago. Julie Atherton, lead from the cast of Avenue Q will also star in the Christmas show as will Oliver Tompsett from Wicked, Melanie Barrie from Les Misérables, Debbie Kurup who recently appeared in Chicago, Emma Williams who is about to tread the boards in Desperately Seeking Susan and Paul Spicer. The line-up is completed by Matt Cross, Ashleigh Gray, Alex Jessop, Steven Webb and Rachel Wooding and choir of 24.

Directed by David Randall, Christmas In New York is a celebration of contemporary seasonal show tunes. The production will feature songs by John Bucchino, Craig Carnelia, David Friedman, Andrew Lippa, Charles Miller, Grant Olding and Maury Yeston alongside classic carols and a new musical version of the poem 'Twas The Night Before Christmas.

Christmas In New York is part of the Notes From New York series which showcases the cream of U.S musical theatre to West End audiences.
