£50 million pound is being put into developments at Chessington World of Adventures in a bid to drastically alter the appearance of the theme park over seven years. The 'Big Adventure' plan will focus on several areas of the theme park, improving it's appeal to families and younger visitors.
Areas of focus for the redevelopments include a safari trail with more natural environments, a safari hotel, 4D cinema, a flying island and a beach area with water complex. These improvements are to add to the popularity of Chessington with younger children, creating a fun and educational environment.
