New Land coming soon at Drayton Manor

Drayton Manor is one of the most thrilling and popular theme parks in the UK - winning Best UK Attraction and Best UK Attraction for Children in 2006 from Group Leisure - and next year will see it offer even more with a new land opening.

Taking the place of Robinsons Land will be the all new THOMAS LAND which promises to be the largest Thomas themed area ever built and will offer a huge Thomas gift shop, ideal for all fans of the blue tank engine and his friends. Rides are expected to include a coaster called Troublesome Trucks, Cranky Crane tower ride, a driving school and a train ride themed as Thomas and two other characters from the series. It is predicted that the Flying Elephants and the Rocking Tug will also be replaced - by an airplane version and a Bertie the Bus themed Rocking Tug respectively.

With thrilling rides such as Shockwave (pictured left), the only stand-up roller coaster in Europe, and Apocalypse, Drayton Manor has plenty for even the most hardened thrill seeker.
