A certain je ne sais quois

There's something we can't quite put our finger on about the Hotel Novotel at London Heathrow airport and why it's so fantastic. It could be the high ceilings, plentiful plant life and huge skylight, allowing for an extravagant, open-air feeling that only increases the further into the hotel you tread. It might be the reception, awash with a sea of bright features, low-hanging lights and helpful staff. It could even be the great pool, where you can practice that perfect pool-side pose in time for your holiday. Maybe it’s just that, with the Novotel, you get luxury features for startlingly low prices.

Kids in particular will love the Novotel. There’s a large play area with an Xbox and a selection of games and toys, and the pool, of course. Your kids will be kept busy while you make your final holiday plans, so you can be assured your little ones will be distracted from their pre-holiday jitters.

Make a splash in the pool, without ruining your wallet

The Novotel has its own pool, just behind the bar, which looks out on the terrace. You get free towels and there are sun loungers dotted around to keep you comfortable. The indoor, heated pool is big enough for a good swim, but small enough for you to keep an eye on your little monsters. You don't have to make a hole in your wallet to enjoy some top-class facilities and indulge in the relaxing mood of the Novotel.

We recommend the Novotel for:

A fantastic Menu - If you’re flying out of the South terminal, there’s nowhere closer to the terminal or easier to get to. You’ll especially appreciate the Hilton’s location if you’re flying in the small hours – walk out of the Hilton’s front door straight into the airport.

Families - The Novotel helps you steer clear of the usual stodgy pub grub and instead offers an array of a delightful meals designed to tantalise your tastebuds.

A dip in the pool - Go for a swim in the Novotel's pool to really wind down from the stresses of travel.

It's great for the kids - The hotel has loads of offers and deals for the kids, including a childrens’ menu.

Facilities great, staff helpful and professional, rooms lovely and beds very comfortable. Unfortunately just too noisy to sleep well. Some of this was corridor noise due to people checking in and out at odd times (which is expected in an airport hotel), but heating was also very noisy.

Mrs Haworth (Heathrow Novotel Hotel)

Mrs Flicker (Heathrow Novotel Hotel)

Miss Allen (Heathrow Novotel Hotel)

Yes your staff are always helpfulyou get the impression they enjoy their job as like other companies you some time get a negative

Mr Turrell (Heathrow Novotel Hotel)

Staff were very helpful. The only reason you didn't get a ten from me was the fact part of relevant booking information was left off the paperwork
