Park Wise Heathrow terminals 1, 2 and 3 is a car park which lives up to its name. Its low prices alone make it a very sensible choice, as does the short journey to the terminals - they're just six to 12 minutes away on the free shuttle bus. Then throw in the fact that it's on-airport, manned 24 hours a day and protected by CCTV and regular patrols. Not so much a wise choice as a compelling one.

Arrival at Park Wise
Park your car outside reception, unload your luggage and check in at reception. You'll be asked to leave your car keys with the member of staff on duty, and you'll need to have a copy of your booking confirmation with you. The receptionist will give you a receipt, which you should keep, as you'll need it when you come back. Then you just need to board the transfer bus to the terminal outside reception.
Getting to and from Gatwick airport
Drive to Parkwise T2/3, a secured on-airport car park.
Park outside reception, unload your luggage and check-in.
Simply hand over your car keys and you'll receive a receipt, which you'll need it when you return.
Board one of the regular transfers, which take 6-12 minutes to get to the terminal.
When you return, transfer back to the car park where your car will be waiting for you.
On your return to Park Wise
You'll need to catch the transfer bus back to Park Wise. The bus leaves from bus stop 22 outside terminal 3. Then just make your way to reception with your receipt. Your car will be waiting for you in a bay outside reception.

Parking prices are calculated in blocks of 24 hours, starting from the time you arrive at the car park. If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate when you come back. If you leave the car park early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.

The communication was excellent, as the carpark booked was closed at the time of travel, we were advised in plenty of time and given an upgrade to the airport long stay carpark. Good service!

The parking service we paid for was in the process of being closed down and we had to use the long stay car park (admittedly at no extra cost). This was very inconvenient for us . Why were we not notified in advance ?

Although we had to change the parking area after the booking the substitute was excellent. I had a flat battery on return and they immediately started it for me.

I was advised within 24 hours of leaving for my holiday that my parking arrangements had changed and that I was being upgraded to the LHR car park instead. The transition was very smooth. I even lost my parking ticket and the person at reception was very helpful and re-printed a new ticket for me. Thanks for a great service.

The only issue was that when we turned up at the car park we had booked, we were told it would be closed for some of the time so we would have to go to an alternative car park. That meant we had to drive further to park and it was a bit disconcerting on the monring of our holiday when we had planned our travelling based on the original booking. We should have been informed before arrival - luckily we did have enough time to move the car but we may not have allowed enough time.
