- The Car park was as decribed, close to docks & accessed & exited without any fuss by number plate recognition. it was not cheap, & my car was full of dust after 18 days away.

- Upon departure, we went to the barrier to present our receipt as directed from the booking instructions and no-one was there. It took some time to search for staff, until eventually we had to use the ticket machine 'Help' facility. This should have been mentioned on the confirmation instructions to avoid confusion.
