- We used the parking in Southampton for our cruise. It was easy to find, the staff were very nice and helpful. Would definately use again or reccommend it.

- Thoroughly recommend your company as all went so well, found your car park, met with efficient man and was taken to the terminal straight away. The driver was very friendly and helpful and couldnt fault anything. Would definitely use y ou again.

- The only problem was finding the car park ,not only us but others we spoke to also had difficulty.Better directions would have helped.Otherwise excellent, now I know where they are I would use them again.A sat.nav would have been useful.

- The booking was easy. On arrival at the car park we were met with courteous and helpful staff and were quickly transported to the dock. On our return it was easy to find the coach pick up and we were soon on our way back to the park. i will be using Holiday Extras again. They are a well organised company.

- Cruise Parking was disorganised on arrival and slow. On return we were kept waiting too long for the coach to take us back to our car and there was no one to direct us to where we could collect our car keys from. I would not use them again.

- Staff were excellent and everything went according to plan. I found the venue a little out of the way but this is just a minor issue given the overall experience. I would recommend you to others.

- Coming home was very efficient but going was very bad. We had to wait in a queue to book our car in for nearly half an hour, then when we parked the car we had to wait another half hour for transport to take us to the port. We were told it was very busy with 4 ships in, but there should have been more staff to deal with it or not so many cars for booking in!
