Everything went very smoothly and we were particularly impressed with the speed of pick up from the terminal after a long flightMr Southin (Heathrow Purple Parking)
going out was ok, but coming back, waiting over 45 mins in the coal for the bus to pick me up, I callMs Aquilina (Heathrow Purple Parking)

The parking and bus were very smooth upon arrival and I was very happy with the beginning part of my experience.Miss Butler (Heathrow Purple Parking)
However on landing back at Lhr, I called, as requested, after I had got off the plane. This was at 0645. I thought the point of calling is that so you could a) position the car of necessary back to a point near reception and b) be aware of who needs to be picked up from which terminal and when.
There was a bit of a delay in customs but not too horrendous so I was at the bus stop 21, terminal 4 at 0720. Where I see a bus driving away. So I called again and explained the situation, where upon the lady said it wa full and I would have to wait 15-20 mins for the next one. Within a few minutes there were 5 other customers also waiting for the bus, which had all got off my aircraft. Upon knowing how many people will be getting a bus off particular flights, do you not think it wise to position the number of buses accordingly?! Instead we stood in freezing temperatures waiting 35 minutes for another bus. So it took an hour and 10 minutes from me originally calling to get a bus which is unacceptable. The point of calling should be so that one is there waiting for when you come out. Granted it was a busy Monday morning but the service was ridiculously slow. And what is he pint of the phone call if not to place buses where they are needed? Because I realised upon returning to my car that it wasn't for positioning the car so it should be purely on picking customers up.
You need to change your bus procedures to improve this if you want people to use your service again.
Told assistant I was running late. He advised that my transfer to T4 was scheduled to arrive next, in 10 minutes. When driver arrived after over 20 minutes he shouted "who was first?". Only two people were before me in line, and they said they were going to T1. So he said he would go to T1. Around 10-15 people were waiting to go to T4. So we all had to wait another 10 minutes, despite being told we were next. Ended up getting to airport 10 minutes before check-in closed. Very close, almost missed the flight!Mr Higgins (Heathrow Purple Parking)
I was surprised that it took nearly 45 minutes for a bus to arrive after I phoned. In the past it has been much quicker than this so I would use you againMiss Shearer (Heathrow Purple Parking)
