It took an hour from calling Purple Parking to tell them we had arrived until being picked up and leaving the airport on our return. On arriving back at the Car park you wait on the bus at the entrance for them to find all the passengers keys. The fact we had called to arrange pick up and our ticket was scanned as we got on the bus you would expect they would be prepared for our arrival. All very frustrating after a flight home. Never again.Mr Fox (Heathrow Purple Parking)
Pick up wasn't as quick as I'd hoped and drivers didn't explain where or they couldn't pickup when dropping offMr Griffey (Heathrow Purple Parking)
Service was very good , apart from our suitcase falling out of the trailer into middle of the road which luckily the driver spotted on our way to the airport . Was quite annoyed as the driver said the door lock was faulty when we complained to him at airportMrs Hanlon (Heathrow Purple Parking)
