How many Southampton airport car parks do you offer?
We offer two great Southampton airport car parks. Within the airport grounds we have the Southampton Long Stay car park and just off site we have Southampton Stoneham Park.
Do I have to pay in full when I book?
Yes, we always take full payment when you book your parking. Don’t worry if you think you might change your mind, just take out our cancellation insurance and, as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling, you’ll get a full refund.
Will I get a receipt with my booking?
Yes, when you’ve finished booking we’ll send you an email confirmation which displays the price of your booking and the last four digits of the card you paid with. If you print this out you’ve got a receipt.
How do I amend my booking?
It couldn't be easier, just visit our manage my booking page or call 0800 093 5478 and we’ll be happy to help.
What happens if my flight's delayed and I go over my pre-booked parking period?
This isn’t a problem at all. Any additional days will be charged at the car park's standard rate and you can pay on site when you get back.

- No staff. Parked in long stay car park. Ticket issued on arrival. Vehicle recognition so no trouble on exit. Shutte bus to airport very convenient. Would definitely use service again.

Mr Stone, 14 Sep 2011 - I would have given you 10 except that the ANPR system at Southamton did not recognise me on arrival and I guess it wasn't your fault anyway. Our departure was, nevertheles quite painless and the financial advantage was significant.
