Do I pay in GBP Pounds Sterling (£)?
Yes, we take all payments in GBP pounds sterling (£). For the convenience
of our overseas customers we offer guide prices in US Dollars and Euros
based on recent rates of exchange but the final price may depend on the
exact exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Can I buy theatre tickets only?
Unfortunately this is not possible. All of our tickets must be purchased
as part of a Theatre Break package, which includes an overnight stay at
one of our selected hotels.

What kind of seat at the theatre can I expect?
We provide top price tickets in either the Stalls or the Dress Circle for all our London shows. Other seat types are available for selected shows, which can be chosen during the booking process.

Am I buying theatre tickets from a reputable source?
ALL our theatre tickets are purchased through a London-based ticketing
agent, Encore Tickets. Encore assist us in getting top tickets to the
best shows and are also fully registered and compliant with the Society
of Ticket Agents & Retailers (STAR). Booking with Holiday Extras Theatre Breaks
you can have total confidence in getting exactly what you have paid for,
top seats to the show of your choice.

How do I collect my theatre tickets?
Once your booking is made your tickets are issued immediately and kept
safely with our ticketing agent, Encore Tickets. Your Internet booking
voucher confirms both your hotel and ticket reservation so please print
it and keep it safe. You can collect your tickets from the theatre box
office of your chosen show within one hour of the performance. You must
take your Internet booking voucher with you to exchange for the actual
show tickets. Please ensure you arrive at the Theatre AT LEAST 30 MINUTES
BEFORE THE PERFORMANCE.

Can I book at short notice?
You can only book on-line from our stock of reserved tickets 7 days in
advance of your chosen show date. Due to the
popularity of these shows we recommend you make plans as far in advance
as possible.

Do you have a brochure?
We do not produce a brochure for Holiday Extras Theatre Breaks as we prefer
to keep our website totally up-to-date with the latest prices, availability
and information on the top shows in town!

Is breakfast at the hotel included in the package?
The majority of our hotels do include breakfast. Please check with
your hotel whether breakfast is included and whether it is Continental or Full English.

Do the theatres and hotels accommodate disabled customers?

the UK +44 1303 816125. Our hotels can accommodate disabled customers
and have wheelchair accessible rooms available on request. London theatres
have varying facilities, which can be confirmed for your chosen show and
date. We will do our very best to find a Theatre Break that meets your
needs.

Do you sell family Theatre Breaks?
Yes, we have several hotels that offer great rates on triple and family rooms, please note that children are classed as 16 years of age and under. Important: most theatres do
not permit children under the age of 5. Please call us and we can check
on the situation for your preferred show.

Can I see a show on a Sunday?
Due to lack of popularity we do not stock tickets for Sunday performances.

Matinée performances are available for selected shows which can be selected in the booking engine where appropriate

What if I need to cancel or amend my booking?
Once a booking is made your tickets are immediately issued for you and
purchased on a non-returnable basis from the theatre. This makes it difficult
to provide refunds on Theatre Breaks or amend to another date even for
the same show. Our cancellation and amendment policy therefore is a 100%
charge at any time after the confirmation of your holiday. We will endeavour
to amend the name on your booking so a friend or family member can enjoy
the break if you are unable to make it yourself this will be at the
discretion of our ticketing agent. Should you encounter any problems please

Can I park at or near the hotel?
Please contact the hotel directly to be advised of the most suitable parking
arrangements for your stay and the associated parking charges. Parking
is not included in the cost of your Theatre Break. Please remember you
may need to pay the London Congestion charge if you drive into Central
London.

What happens if the cast member I expected to see does
not appear in the show?
We do understand that one of the big attractions can be seeing a favourite
or celebrity cast member in the show. We cannot be held liable however
for the non-appearance of any particular cast member in a theatrical performance.

Can travel be included as part of my London Theatre Break?
Yes, return rail travel is now available to book as part of your London Theatre Break. You can save up to 40% on standard fares when booking return rail travel with Holiday Extras Theatre Breaks.

How will I receive my rail tickets?
Your rail tickets will be posted directly to the address submitted during the booking process. Please be aware that you will not receive individual tickets but a group ticket, therefore all passengers must travel together.

Can I book single person rail travel?
Unfortunately rail travel can only be booked when two or more people are travelling.

How do I book reserved rail seating?
Seats can be booked directly with your departure station, this can only be done once you have received your rail tickets as they will need to be presented to the station.

What do I do if I no longer require rail travel?
If you no longer require the rail element of your London Theatre Break, please contact us on 0800 0832 841, from outside the UK +44 1303 816125. A refund can only be issued once rail tickets have been returned and received by us.

Are there any travel restrictions?
Our rail tickets are valid for use on any available route where stated, restrictions do apply for travel on GNER routes - full details are provided in the more info section during the booking process.
