Will I have to hand over my car keys?
Different car parks have different arrangements. At some of our car parks you park your car yourself and keep your keys; in others, you hand over your keys and your car is parked for you. Click the 'more info' link for the car park to check what the arrangements are.
How do I amend my booking?

What do I do if my flight is delayed and I overrun my parking booking?
Don't worry - when you come back you can pay for any extra hours or days at the hotel or car park. However, the hotel or car park will charge you for the extra time at its normal rate.
Can you send me a map?
Directions and a map are provided on your booking confirmation. You can see a map before you book by clicking on 'map' for the hotel or car park you are interested in. If you book an undercover hotel or car park, you will only be able to see a map once you have booked, as the identity of the hotel or car park is a secret until then.
Are your hotel prices per room or per person?
Our hotel prices are per room per night.
Can I book parking while I am away and stay at the hotel on the night I return from holiday?
You can do this at most of our hotels, though not all of them. Just enter the dates when you want to park and the date you want to stay at the hotel. If the hotel you want doesn't come up, it might be because it doesn't accept this kind of booking. If you've any questions, just give us a call on 0800 093 5478.
Do I have to pay in full when I make my booking?
Yes, we take full payment when you make your booking. However, you can add our cancellation waiver to your booking, and then if you do need to cancel, as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice, you'll get a full refund. The cancellation waiver costs just 99p for a parking booking, and £2.49 for a hotel booking.
