I booked a hotel for an overnight with car parking for the duration of my holiday, close to Birmingham airport. The process was very efficient, the price was competitive, the insurance allowing last minute changes is a reassuring feature (would I need to cancel parking because bad weather would make me go by train?). I made one amendment, reducing the car parking by a day while adding on another hotel overnight on return, and this was dealt with promptly with refund of excess payment. All very satisfactory.

Only problem we had was with the hotel's directions for getting there. I spoke to other people who had the same problem.

Second stay here, again very good value for money. Easy parking, taxi to airport reasonable at £6.

Good price. Excellent restaurant meal and service. Room basic but fine. Problem was excessive noise from other guests well into the small hours. Some of them have no idea how to behave in hotels.
