Ramada Encore Dining
Head to The Hub for a drink and something to eat. The Hub is the restaurant and bar area - sounds cosy, doesn't it? It's a modern, open-plan area that looks very inviting.
You'll be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Ramada Encore Birmingham airport if you wish.
Breakfast
Breakfast is a buffet and has a wide variety of cooked and continental items for only £9.95
It's served from 7am to 10am from Monday to Friday, and from 7am to 10.30am on Saturdays and Sundays.
Lunch and snacks
Lunch and snacks are available straight after breakfast. You'll find plenty to satisfy any craving - even the fussy eaters out there.
There's a selection of sandwiches, ranging from the classic tuna and mayonnaise to steak, mushroom and onion. Choose to have it in farmhouse white bread, seeded bread, a crusty baguette or a floured wrap.
Maybe a pasta dish or a salad? Salmon and broccoli pasta, carbonara, crunchy apple salad with avocado or chicken and chorizo salad are just a few of the options on offer. Accompany your snack with a side order - there are fries, garlic bread, onion rings, mixed salad and seasonal vegetables.
Dinner
Enjoy dinner in The Hub between 6pm and 10pm.
If you fancy a starter, you could have asparagus with parma ham, homemade soup or tempura battered king prawns with a sweet chilli dip.
Your main course could be either a pork steak kebab, duck stir fry with egg noodles, vegetarian moussaka or if you're really hungry the 10oz rib-eye steak.
For those of you with a sweet tooth, you'll like the desserts available. Choose from tiramisu, warm chocolate fudge cake, banoffee pie, fresh fruit salad, a selection of ice creams and cheese and crackers with chutney.
Fancy a drink?
Bottled white, red and rose wine can be ordered with your meal and there's sparkling wine or champagne too. The bar also has a spirits, beers, lagers, soft drinks and tea and coffee.
