When we got to the hotel in Birmingham they didn't have a booking for us. We had to pay again £87. They said they have had problems with your company before. I have requested a refund and now waiting

Wonderful. All went smoothly and the instructions were clear and I followed them. The staff on booking in were very helpful. Did not take long for the bus to pick me up on return.

We had difficulty finding the Travelodge hotel at first. The sat nav took us in the wrong direction. Once we were there it was a nice place. Easy parking over the road in NCP. Not very good facilities for food and snacks and far from anywhere. The car park exit in the morning was a little confusing. It wasn’t clear where to insert the ticket to exit but the people at the hotel were helpful and eventually we got away! The Airparks parking and shuttle in to airport was smooth (as always - we have used these many times). The VIP lounge was comfortable and enjoyable.
