Everything was very good, only thing is could do with 2 members of staff front of desk as you could be waiting a while to get checked in

A very pleasant stay, clean and comfortable bed and room, everything went as smooth as clockwork, transport link to and from airport spot on time and easy. Only one small point, drop off point at airport (8) is about the furthest from the departures / arrivals entrance as you could get, but still good connection.

Booking in and parking were fine however TV didn't work and on our return we waited 20 mins for someone to show up behind the bar only to be told we would have to wait a further 15 mins for the machine to warm up. Ridiculous as this was 12.30 pm needless to say didn't stay for a drink as the service overall was poor particularly as we had just returned from America where the service is great need to get your act together.

The heating was on so high that all 6 of us had a sleepless night and no window in all 3 rooms would open for fresh air even the corridors were roasting - if it wasn't for this I would have scored 10

The hotel was nice, the restaurant had a nice menu. Even our 5 year old granddaughter enjoyed her meal. The rooms were clean and room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly welcome.Car parking was easy.stayed over night before and night after hol.wouldn't book meal again. Hotel appears very short staffed.

The hotel did not have us down for an evening meal and when Holiday Extra tried to phone the hotel they did not answer the phone. They managed to sort it out by talking to the staff via my mobile.

We Stayed at Airport Inn when it was Best Western Moat House many times. The breakfast was the biggest dissapointment. The whole experience has changed for the worse. The room itself was clean but needed attention.

Parking at this hotel is terrible not enough spaces or parking bays were available, on trying to park you have to avoid the already parked cars on the access ramps making it difficult to go up or down, also only has 2 floors for parking

Entrance to the hotel was difficult to find, even with Satnav. Unable to turn down the aircon in room, so slept with just the duvet cover. Comfortable room but small. Good dinner and breakfast.

When I completed the booking I had asked in advance about the car parking arrangements. I was told that just let the hotel know that you just want to park for a matter of only 8 hours, the cost would be £7:00. On arrival to the hotel we had found that we couldn't park at our hotel that I had booked as they were only taking weekly bookings not over night, even though we had already arranged this. We were then told that we could park in the carpark next door where there would be no problem. On parking at the other hotel I then find that for the short time I was parking there I then had to pay £12:00 ( not happy ) to say the least. If how ever we decide to stay in future, I will certainly do more research.
