"The meet and greet facility was excellent. The hotel was also excellent - the only thing stopping me giving a "10" was the car park was full and I had to get staff to arrange for my car to be parked in a restricted zone. Staff were very helpful though."

"As usual the Aurora Hotel was very efficient and professional, great place to start a holiday. The delivery of our car to meet our flight went very smoothly - within 45 minutes of landing we were driving up the M23 - great service. Highly recommended and we will certainly use the service again."

"Astoria Hotel was great. 15 minute transfer by minibus to Gatwick South Terminal at quarter to the hour each hour. On return called whilst collecting luggage and car turned up as we walked out the door. Had concerns that car may be used whilst I was away, but only an additional 10 miles on the clock. Excellent all round service."

"I would like to say how impressed I was with the Arora Hotel at Gatwick and the parking service provided. The hotel was out of this world and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. With regards to the parking, within 5 minutes of phoning the meet and greet people our car was outside the terminal. Would highly recommend and would definately use again."

"The Arora is an excellent hotel with a 1st Class Airport transfer and pick up facility. The fact that they drop your car off to you at the airport is an enormous pressure off your mind when you get back from holiday giving you one less thing to worry about and shortening your journey home substantially. Will definitely use Holiday Extras again and will definitely stay at the Arora due to its very close proximity to the centre of Crawley."
