The hotel was basic but the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The shuttle service to the aiport was reliable and easy to use. Would definitely stay here again

My friend recommended this hotel to me. Good reliable service. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. The service to and from the airport was excellent. We will definately use them again and recommend to friends.

Transfer service was excellent- no long wait at the end of a the flight - hotel is a little past its best but perfectly adequate clean rooms for a brief stay - very comfy bed!

Our experience ,in your hotel and shuttle service to Gatwick was great and if I ever get to England again I would use your hotel as long at the price stayed comfortable to use . Hi, the booking procedure with Holiday Extras was brilliant. However, the Skylane hotel that we booked with was of a very poor quality and had I of known this before had I would not of booked. I suggest a recently rated section to the hotels so that you can see what you are booking.

We were very pleased with the service, cost and general comfort. We knocked off one point only because the room was very warm, i.e. too warm, and the refurbishment which was taking place. We will definitely use this facility again.

Servive was very friendly and efficient both on arrival at Skylane and upon our return where our luggage was returned right next to our car with the minimum of delay.
