Superb value dining

A favourite with families, the Moat House hotel Gatwick has two restaurants where you can fill your stomach to the brim. If you're a little pushed for time, the hotel has quick-and-easy dishes on offer. But if you're set/put for the evening, the hotel also caters for those looking for an exquisite wholesome meal. For guests that don't plan on leaving their room, the hotel offers 24-hour room service with dishes from the Lounge and Bar menu available around the clock.

Harriet's Restaurant

Breakfast in Harriet's Restaurant is available between 6am and 10am. When it comes to dinner, this family orientated hotel has kids in mind. The restaurant opens its doors from 5pm for early dining - perfect for children who are used to eating earlier in the day.

The children's menu includes soup of the day, fish and chips, beef burger, pizza, penne pasta and a host of delicious desserts including chocolate fudge cake, banana split and fresh fruit salad. Better still, two courses cost £4.50 and three courses are just £6.50 per child.

For adults, there's a much wider selection of starters, tasty main meals and taste-bud satisfying desserts. You can start your dinner with some mixed olives, tear 'n' share bread, chef's soup of the day, smoked haddock and gruyere fishcake and a whole lot more. For your main, take your pick from fish and chips, grilled seabass, glazed gammon hock, a vegetarian risotto, Thai green chicken curry, tagliatelle pasta dishes, or rump, sirloin and rib-eye steak. If you can fit it in, you won't want to miss out on pudding. You can tuck in to sticky toffee pudding, white chocolate and blueberry cheesecake, dark chocolate and raspberry truffle, chocolate brownie or a selection of ice creams and sorbets.

Lounge and Bar

For lighter snacks and a more relaxed feel, the Moat House's Lounge and Bar provides the perfect solution. For those who don't want a full English in the morning, you can still make sure you don't go hungry. There's croissants, brunch in a bap and a fresh fruit platter if you've got a smaller appetite. For dinner, you can enjoy some of the classics including a whole range of chicken and beef burgers which all comes with salad and fries. There's also pastas, salads, vegetable curry and grilled gammon steak on offer.
