  • "Ash was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was convenient for the airport. Liked Horley too!
    Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t serving food while we were there but we believe they are intending to in the future."

  • "Receptionist good...communal areas. Stairs etc very dirty n tired.
    But room was OK.. bathroom new..shower good..great location..caught a service bus nearby to airport..so no taxi rip off
    Parked car onsite for week..wetherspoons nearby .all good"

  • "Hotel very tired and scruffy but cheaper to park here for a week than use official car parks. Taxi to and from Gatwick airport cost more than expected though for such a short journey, £15 each way."

  • "There was someone at the reception when we got there afterwards I did not see any one again thay did not serve any meals the only thing he did which I thought was good was ordered a taxi for the morning bedroom was not very clean no was the shower I would not recommend that hotel to anyone"

  • "Ok here we go.Hotel was very basic,staff were good and friendly,food was ok and the room was clean and warm.Only stayed 1 night because we were flying early the next morning,parked the car for 5 days and used there shuttle to drop us off and pick us up with no problems at all.The old saying of you get what you pay for comes to mind,but there was no problems and im impressed by the budget hotel"

  • "Staff very helpful, transport to and from airport was very quick and flawless. price very good. Hotel felt and was a litle tired and looked rundown. Restaurant was not inviting. Our room was well appointed, quiet and clean. Parking was easy but not secure."

  • "The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We only were there for a few hours before an early flight so did not have food. Parking is tight I think. It is very close to Gatwick South Terminal and the transfers were efficient. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities you need for a stopover. We would stay there again as it is good value for money."

  • "Grubby dated entrance doesn't get better inside . Car parking if you are lucky enough to get a free space. .we was thank god ! Room was basic and clean . Facilities bar restaurant and communal areas were in need of serious updating. Wouldn't return no matter how cheap."

  • "Very good choice prior to flight...while its not the Ritz, it had everything we needed ...a bar ..a restaurant clean room...and a very good transfer service to the airport (the hotel have their own mini bus)
    Staff were all pleaseant.
    Will use this hotel again for sure."
