Disconnect for the night
On entering your room at the Hilton T4, you'll be struck by the view - a graceful procession of planes taxiing past for take-off. But although the planes look close enough to jump on from your huge picture window, you won't hear a thing: soundproofed and triple-glazed windows let in all of the spectacle with none of the noise. And when you've had your fill of plane-spotting, just draw the blackout curtains and you'll forget you're even at an airport.

Rooms are opulent and comfortable with large beds, super-soft carpets, and are loaded with goodies to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Every room has an en-suite bath or shower room with pampering aromatherapy toiletries, and individual climate control so you can set your room to the heat you find most comfortable. Rooms also have a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and pay-per-view movies; wifi (charged at £15 per day), a telephone, radio and alarm clock; a hairdryer and trouser press; and tea and coffee making facilities including a range of herbal teas.
The Hilton T4 has 398 rooms spread over five floors; most of which are standard double rooms. Executive rooms have additional toiletries and come with access to the executive lounge for drinks, snacks and free newspapers. The Hilton also caters for other travelling groups with twin rooms and connecting rooms (enquire when booking). There are also three accessible rooms on the ground floor, which should be requested as early as possible.
