On the day of your stay:

Make your way to the hotel. Detailed driving instructions and a postcode for satnavs will be on your confirmation email. Overnight parking is included in the price.

Getting to the airport from the hotel:

Drive to the terminal any time between 05:00 and 00:00. You’ll be met by a Handover Captain who’ll wait for you in the Meet and Greet area near the terminal to collect your car from you.

There are different procedures for each terminal, as follows:

Terminal 2: Follow signs to the Short Stay Car Park 2 and drive up the ramp, fork right and drive under the yellow height restriction arm. Keep to your left and stay in the lane for level 1, 2 and 3 (the car park entrance on your far left). Don't enter the car park through the barriers on the far right. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket and drive down the ramp following the P - Off Airport signs and exit at level 2. Follow the P - Off Airport signs all way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the car park where you'll see the blue Off Airport Meet & Greet parking bays (Row A is bays 1 to 6 and Row B is bays 1 â€' 14). Park in one of the bays, but avoid parking in disabled, brown badge or unpaid ticket bays as you may get a ticket and Purple Parking can't be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport. Once you've parked, lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at the grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.

Terminal 3: Follow the signs to Short Stay car park 3. Take a ticket at the entrance barrier - you won't have to pay - then drive up the ramp to level 3. Follow the road round to rows A and B at the far end of the car park (drive past the first lift area) - you'll see the off-airport meet and greet bays opposite the lifts. Park in one of these. Your Handover Captain will be waiting for you near the payment machine - you'll just need to lock your car and give him or her your keys and your car park ticket. (Please do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport.)

Terminal 4: Follow the signs to the Short Stay car park and drive up the ramp, keeping to the right. Take a ticket at the entrance barrier - you won't have to pay - then drive down the ramp to level 2. Drive to the end and turn right, following the exit signs. You'll see the off-airport meet and greet bays opposite the lifts in row A. Park in one of these. Your Handover Captain will be waiting for you nearby - you'll just need to lock your car and give him or her your keys and your car park ticket. (Please do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport.)

Terminal 5: Drive up the ramp towards departures, then filter to the right where you will see the sign for short stay and passenger pick-up. Drive under the barrier and keep left, following signs for Short Stay Level 4. Follow the Avis signs towards the third set of barriers. Take a ticket at the entrance barrier - you won't have to pay - and follow the arrows and the P - Off Airport signs to the end of the car park to rows R and S. You'll see the off-airport meet and greet bays opposite the lifts.

Coming home:

Call the car park when you've collected your bags, and your chauffeur will bring your car back to the terminal for you as follows:

Terminal 3:After you come through Customs, bear right and follow the signs past Boots to Short Stay car park 3. Take the lift to level 1, then turn left and walk across the pedestrian bridge. Then, take the lift on your right to level 3. Your car will be brought to row D.

Terminal 4: After you come through Customs, turn left and come out of the terminal on the ground floor by WHSmith. Make your way to the Short Stay park. Turn left past the pay machine and take the lift up to level 2. Turn right out of the lift. Your car will be brought to zone A, the furthest zone from the lift.
