The food - - Resident chef, Lee Heaton, is a master hand at knowing what makes good food. This is the only Holiday Extras Heathrow airport hotel that serves Hereford beef, because Chef Heaton knows just how to do it the justice it deserves. The steaks here are exquisite! Plus, there's such a varied and delicious restaurant menu on offer that all that's left for you to do, is enjoy it.

The atmosphere - From the impressive exterior to the chic decor inside, the Sheraton at Heathrow exudes stylish modernity. The simple colour schemes, masculine design and ample soft furnishings ooze sophistication, while the quiet efficiency of the staff ensures a relaxed and calm environment for you to unwind in before your flight.

The rooms - We were very comfortable in our spacious, elegant standard double room, with its queen size bed, smart-TV, mini-fridge, armchair and coffee table. We could control the temperature, plus there was air conditioning if we got too hot, and a spare blanket in case we got cold at night. And the bathroom mirrors were heated, so didn't steam up after we had a shower - meaning we could still apply perfect makeup.
