  • "We found the room extremely hot even though we turned the heating off as soon as we arrived at 3pm. The bed was also hard so we didn't have a good night. Otherwise everything was good and went smoothly. We had a good and reasonably priced meal in the hotel bar."

  • "I am not someone who would normally recommend any company, so its hard to score, but in my own opinion I am very pleased, everything was spot on ! I will use again & again. I was looked after and my car was looked after, all staff were excellent, and an enjoyable start to an enjoyable holiday,"

  • "Room dirty and cold on arrival at 8pm.
    Food very expensive and unimaginative.
    Yes I would stay again on Room Only with No parking. It took me 45 mins to get the car out of the hotel since the same check in desk is used for arrivals.
    The meet and greet facilities at terminal one are far superior."

  • "You failed to send my fast pass tickets several times, I was eventually able to log in and retrieve them myself but it took several emails and chat sessions. I would use you again as previous experience has been good and the problem was eventually resolved, though not exactly as I was advised."

  • "Everything ran smoothly and staff were efficient. The only thing that let it down was the stale smelling shower curtain. Unfortunately the bathroom door was open so the whole room smelt when we first entered. But we were able to open windows. As we were only staying one night and leaving early we did not bother asking for another room."

  • "Staff gave a couldnt care less attitude. Booked and paid for breakfast took the waiter some time to check that we had paid, kept asking for a slip of paper that receiption should have supplied. Breakfast its self was nothing to write home about. Toaster didnt work, you were left to get on with looking for tea etc."
