Excellent service both before when booking into hotel and using holiday parking, with event better as we left departures at the airport, bus waiting and car waiting back at hotel fantastic service thank you. Good end to an excellent holiday.

very easy to find, clear instructions. Everything was ready when we arrived and upon the return. Hotel very nice, we stayed at the Hilton manchester airport, although drinks a little pricey.

The hotel and room quality were very good however the experience was disappointing on return.We phoned the hotel to collect us by minibus to return to our car as per instructions and were told to go to the pick up point. After waiting 30 minutes I phoned again only to be told the message had not been passed on. After a 14 hour flight I was expecting better service.

we stayed at the hilton manchester the hotel was ok but on returning we had to wait 45mins for the transport back to hotel to pick up our car this was at 4am and very cold.

Facilities excellent, one improvement is the pick up. We were fine and within the 15-20 minutes expected however one couple that was waiting said they had been there for 40 minutes. Be good if can manage expectations a bit better. Overall our own experience was very good
