Staff very helpful, only thing was we thought the room was a bit 'tired'and not as well presented as expected - were only there one night(till 5.30am actually) so didn't bother to say anything.

Every thing was straightforward and especially on return the service offered by the driver took us to collect our car at the Hilton Manchester went out of his way to help.

Everything was fine apart from the bed that folded into the wall! It was designed to make the room multi-functional - seminar and for disabled guests. I hit my foot on the frame that stuck out and the mattress was very "saggy".
The car return service was excellent.

Easy to book, have used Holiday Extras several times and everything is/happens as promised. Used hotel and car parking this time, very impressed we didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes for hotel shuttle to pick us up on return where our car was waiting. Fast, easy and good value for money, will certainly be using Holiday Extras again.

Excellent service. Already being at the airport for an early morning flight, with the car safely tucked away for the duration of your holiday, takes away much stress and provides a very welcome extra nights holiday. Fantastic. Thanks.

Hilton very comfortable and check extremely efficient and friendly. Food was reasonable value for money. Shuttle service to and from the hotel to the airport good and same on return, car was all ready and waiting. Would definitely use this service again.

All check in,room allocation and pick up drop offs to and from the airport was A1 service.A point lost due to the high cost of the hotels food and drink along with no milk left in the room for the cup of coffee we craved for.

Arrived at Manchester Airport to the typical British weather of rain was waiting around 10minutes for a collection from Airport to the hotel. Checked in fine room was nice & checked out fine again.

Stayed at the Hilton before flying, the facilities and staff took all the stress of an early flight away ,the pick up and drop off from terminal 1 was very good. we have used holiday extras on 2 occasions now and will be using them again next year

The service was excellent. We were delayed getting home because of the volcano.We were due home at mid day on the Saturday. We eventually got to the airport at 4.00am on Sunday. I phoned the hotel and the courtesy bus was with us in under five minutes. The car keys were collected and we could have been away in about 15 minutes from arriving. We did however book into the hotel for the night because we had been travelling for about 24 hours and had a 4 hour drive ahead of us. This was an excellent service I would recommend to anyone. It was hassel free despite not arriving when we said we would and the staff were all helpful pleasant professional.

Brilliant hotel and parking very easy, lovely helpful staff. The only down side was the awful dinner (not pre-booked) a lasagne which was very gristly for £14.95 was disgusting!!

The only downside was the appalling lasagne I had for tea which cost an extra £15, not worth the money and I put that on the Hilton feedback form. The breakfast however was superbe. Room lovely too.
