The Marriott had no reservation for us!They explained maybe because it was within 24 hours of our booking with holiday extras!?We waited 40 mins while they made a reservation after we had produced an email from holiday extras,Otherwise fine!

We were very happy with everything and everyone taking care of us during the overnight stay at our hotel, the airport parking and transport to the airport terminal was also excellent.

We previously booked the marriott last year and had onsite parking whilst we were away , which was really good. I never realised this year that i had booked the hotel with jet park 1 parking until i had printed the paperwork off which was dissapointing as it turned out to be not a stress free start to out holiday as we couldnt find the car park and were driving round and roumd..which then led us to only having half a hour to relax in the swissport lounge .

Everything went really well. The staff were very helpful on reception and the restaurant staff were very accommodating with the kids meals.

Manchester airport Marriott is a huge hotel, a map is required to get from reception to your room! The hotel is nice and clean, most staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately once the staff in the restaurant found out we had booked the pre paid meal they began to treat us like second class citizens. Plates and dishes were plonked down in front of us, whisked away without the usual questions, never asked if everything was ok with the meal, even though they were asking other customers around us. The hotel isn't as close to the airport as we would like and we probably wouldn't stay there again. Jet parks car park was absolutely disgusting, it was like parking in a field, very disappointing. no marked bays, cars parked randomly and it took us quite a while of driving around on a bumpy, uneven surface to find a space. I wasn't happy about leaving my car here for the week, but unfortunately we had no choice. I wouldn't use jet parks at Manchester airport again unless there is a major refurbishment of the car park.

Everything went smoothly except it took us a while to find Jet 1 car park as it was dark and I feel ther could be better signs to the car park.
