Delicious, dependable dishes

There are three words to describe dining at Amy's: a gastronomic dream! So, by our recommendation, dinner during your stay should not be missed. Amy's is the Hilton's restaurant and bar, and is down-lit, cosy and full of charm. Restaurant staff have got service down to a fine art, and each server makes you feel as if you've hit a top-class restaurant in London's West End.

And, Holiday Extras customers who purchase our Stansted Hilton dinner add-on will receive a £25 voucher to spend on their evening meal! So if you know you'll be hungry in the evening, this is a great, money-saving deal that we highly recommend!

Lots on offer for hungry tums!

The Hilton restaurant is a great spot for the whole family to enjoy. It's incredibly comfortable and feels warm and relaxing, so everyone is sure to feel right at home. Children under five even get to eat for free when one adult orders a main! The Hilton have even been thoughtful enough to create an activity pack to keep the kids entertained when they've finished their dinner already, and Mum and Dad just want to enjoy the rest of theirs. Packs have a fun theme and include a jigsaw, colouring book, colouring pencils, postcard, stickers and a game. There's so much included, you could even take it on the plane!

Lunch was first on the agenda when we stayed at the Hilton, and we opted for the warm sweet potato salad with rocket, sun-blushed tomatoes, grilled halloumi and caramelised pecans, which was an absolute delight! Of course, there's much more to choose from on the lunch menu, which is served between noon and 2.30pm: hot and cold sandwiches; light bites, including smoked haddock fish cakes, crispy fish goujons and lamb koftas; soups and salads; pizzas and pastas; and a British classics section, which comprises a 3-egg omelette, cottage pie, chicken tikka masala, cumberland sausages and mash, t-bone steak and a ploughman's platter.

Amy's Restaurant

Amy's is open every day for dinner from 6pm to 10pm. You can start your evening feast with soup of the day, home-made chicken wings, tempura vegetable sticks, marinated pork ribs, make-your-own burrito or tapas. Followed by British classics, including Cumberland sausage and mash, fish and chips, chicken tikka masala, roast of the day and braised lamb shank, which was absolutely gorgeous; a grills selection, including 8oz pork chops and four types of steak; a selection of burgers with fries; Chicago-style cheese and pepperoni pizzas; create-your-own pasta dish with a choice of toppings, including mushroom sauce, bolognese, carbonara or seafood; or spare ribs, half a roasted chicken and pan-fried sea bass. Those with a sweet tooth will find it hard not to succumb to the temptation of the lemon tart, chocolate pudding or warm apple crumble tart.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in Amy's from 5am to 10am Monday to Friday, and from 5am to 11am on Saturdays and Sundays. Breakfast is buffet style and costs £10 for the Continental selection or £12 for Continental and cooked items.
