  • "Hotel excellent, staff excellent. Directions to Hotel appalling! We are told to follow signs to Stansted Airport. You don't; you follow signs to Long Stay Car Park, and only then is the Hotel signposted. An excellent hotel, spoiled by terrible directions."

  • "everything went very well, facilities were good room clean and tidy staff very helpfull as our flight time changed the transport from hotel was to late they arranged taxis to pick us up in morning. also staff in restaurant helpful as i am gluton free they kindly pointed out what was available for me to feed"
