Cheap flights to Iceland from Stansted will get even cheaper next week as the airline gets ready to quit the airport.

Iceland Express is selling the last seats on its Stansted to Reykjavik route at a discount - but only for three days.

The budget airline is offering one-way flights for £59, including taxes - a 15 per cent discount on the usual fare.

But you must book between noon on Monday, January 12 and midnight on Wednesday, January 14.

The special offer applies to selected dates and flights between January 13 and April 30, and 3,000 seats will be available.

Iceland Express will start running eight flights a week between Gatwick and Reykjavik on May 1, replacing the daily service between Stansted and Reykjavik.
