'My lounge', on a Sunday Morning, was crowded, noisy with little available seating. Managed to find a space and went for refreshments which I have to say were very disappointing. Very limited selection and all I could find to my taste was a Danish Pastry and coffee, the latter served in a paper cup. The crowd did lessen as the morning passed but nevertheless this facility lacked the quality and value I have previously experienced in other lounges.

lounge very small and inadequate seating for all passengers and food provided for morning passengers was very meager for money paid for lounge. No hot food only do it yourself pancakes no toast only cereals very disappointed.

We normally use the aspire lounge but was in this one as the aspire was shut I was very disappointed there wasn’t a great selection of food and snacks get more in aspire lounge which is cheaper

The lounge we booked was closed for unknown reasons, however we was ungraded very quickly and efficiently, so over all we were extremely happy.

Hotel and parking was good but would not use the no 1 lounge at Gatwick airport again, was not worth what we paid would use the other lounge next time.

Although the lounge was broadly correctly has advertised, the food was no more that a few snacks, and some sweets in a jar. There was a good arrange of drinks, but with a morning flight, some breakfast food would of been nice. The games room was a 6 by 4 room so anymore and 6 kids in there it was over crowded. Although there was a PS4 which did keep the young ones ( teenagers) amused, there was a £10 refundable deposit requirement, which could of been explain in more detail in the booking blurb.

The my lounge I booked going out was shut when I got to Gatwick so I was taken to NO 1 lounge instead which was fine although bar staff were very rude.

Cambridge Hotel, was a lovely value for money hotel. So much more than we expected. Clean, tidy and spacious room and friendly service. Carparking secure too.

The lounged I first booked got cancelled due to being closed. The one I went in was reccommended. It was terrible and not happy with it

We booked our car parking Long Stay at Gatwick simply to use car is reconised reg in and out for the stay so no need to get out if it raining

I think the ladies toilets could have been cleaner, around the legs of the washstands in both cubicles really were quite dirty, obviously not cleaned thoroughly for some time. My Husband was disappointed you did not have any bitter, he is not a lager, cider or spirit drinker, so would probably choose to go elsewhere. I thought the refreshment side was excellent and have recommended to friends already :D (strange next question? 'who did you travel with? Does not give me the option to say husband/spouse?)

Staff were helpful and friendly. Good range of drinks and snacks. Only downside which did not affect me was it closed at 6.30pm. Otherwise it was the place to relax and enjoy the airport experience.

The Lounge very busy, with little spare seating. Ended up by the Sports TV (Ugh). A party of delayed passengers had been drinking steadily for some six + hours (one on her 15th Vodka). Meal was pleasant, though Staff had not given me a number, so was cold when I went to find where meal had got to. However, better than sitting on the Concourse.

It was the first time i used any of the lounges, i will now use them every time i go to an Airport. The staff were helpful, the food was nice, better than expected. It was great to have a choice of seats instead of the floor. well done

Issues with the trains to gatwick left me with no time to use the lounge. No refund or voucher for subsequent use possible. Already been in touch with cs to no avail.

Yes the staff were very helpful we found a nice space and fit with both buggies and there was enough variety that our 4,3 and 1 year old were full and happy when we left

Due to delayed flight earlier in the day the lounge was pretty full....no hot food available for the first 45 mins I was in the lounge and no where comfy to sit as families were sprawling everywhere !! So for the first 45 mins all I had was a glass of wine and a pot of nachos as there was nothing else appropriate to eat. Also WHY is food being served in cardboard tubs to be eaten with wooden knives and forks. Found the whole experience very poor. Won’t be booking this loung again !!!

Things went smoothly but the choice of food was limited and could you please carpet the area or change chairs. My husband has dementia and we use lounge for peace and quiet the screeching, scraping of the chairs really disturbs him.

The hot food counter was not cleaned and the utensils were not cleaned off, had food stuck on the spoons for ages. I have used No 1 longe before in Gatwick and this was far superior to my longe.

Things went smoothly but pancake machine did not work. Is it possible to have rubbers or such like on the end of the chairs. My husband has dementia and they made scrapping noises whenever they were moved. However overall it made a much more pleasant environment for us
