Very busy,poor quality food.Staff we’re very friendly ,pleasant bar staff.Lounge felt more like a production line where we were being processed.I feel that the quality of the lounges have deteriorated over recent times.

Comfortable lounge, but unfortunately there was no food available when we went in - midday. Staff were aware this was an issue at this time of day and did say the breakfast offering was very good but had unfortunately finished!

It wasn't even close to my expectation. So crowded & noisey and although we booked In advance,managed to find a few seats In their dark cinema's. Hardly find anything to eat as all the trays were empty. Do not recommend it to anyone, didn't have a pleasant experience.

All went well at the purple parking at terminal 3 also on my return. Unfortunately not your fault but I was unable to use the lounge I had booked CRQZVW due to the time getting through from departure desks being rammed and then through passport control etc.we arrived at 5am but due to the above once through to airside we had to go straight to our gate for boarding hence we could not use the booked lounge. I have requested that as we didn't use the lounge that as I have been a regular customer for a long time you will consider giving me a voucher for my next holiday in September . Although the lounge looked full it didn’t feel crowded. The staff were friendly and kept the surfaces clear of empty plates etc. I would use the lounge again.

We didn’t get much time booked in on line, so we were in the lounge for about 2 hours. The buffet wasn’t good quality and actually upset my stomach being a vegetarian bean- based chilli. Had to fill up on biscuits and cheese so felt we would have eaten better for our money in a restaurant for the time we were given.

The lounge was comfy particularly the library room. The staff clearing the tables etc were friendly. The bar staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. No eye contact, no “How can I help/What would you like?” The food was very limited, only one hot dish. The cold selection had no flavour and there were no desserts. I wouldn’t use this lounge next time I travel, I don’t think I would recommend this lounge.

I never made it to the lounge. Assistance staff at the airport are very slow and extremely unorganised! The time it took them to get me from terminal 5 to 3 was unbelievable! They then took me straight to the departure gate as they said I didn't have enough time to go to the lounge eneb though when I got to the gate it still wasn't open!.

After a long train journey to Heathrow and equally long check in time for our flight, it was so nice to relax in the Airport lounge with our family before our flight. The simplicity of booking and entrance to the lounge was particularly straightforward and good value too.

Heathrow airport lounge was 'average' at best. A row of telephone charging points were not working. When reported lady just said ok thanks but did nothing about it. Food just luke warm and poor choice and quality. Will probably use airport 'lounges' again but not at Heathrow.

The airport lounge was classy but overbooked with people. I had to queue at the bar for about 20-30 minutes of the 1 hour we spent in there and I was unable to find a free comfortable chair to sit in and ended up on a desk chair. Not value for money. Other customers were saying the same. When it quietened down a bit it was nicer. Thought there would be a greater choice of food but what there was was nice.

Staff were helpful. We were booked early in the morning and expected breakfast. There was very little to choose from and I was very disappointed with the quality of food offered. I can't even remember what I ate. My husband had a bowl of cereal.

For what we paid, the no 1 lounge at T3 wasn’t worth it. Very busy and a lousy food offering, just curry which we don’t eat! And our BA flight was nearly three hours late departing!

Away from the hustle and bustle of the airport, food was ok, free flowing drinks, would definitely book again. Down side was lack of available seats, we managed to get one but others were struggling, also some were reserved for the whole time we were there and no one claimed them.

The lounge area was lovely. My only negative was the breakfast. It would of been nice to have a better selection of fruit, yogurts and Danish pastries. Also a skimmed milk. The cooked breakfast was also very luke warm and could have done with being hotter.

The lounge was packed & there was nowhere to sit apart from at a desk. The staff were unconcerned as it was clearly a quite normal. The food was limited & at 11.30 practically disappeared although the drink flowed throughout & was of excellent quality. I am unlikely to use the lounge again as it was very disappointing.

There were no seats available on the lounge due to it being over subscribed. The champagne was warm and my glass filled from 3 different open bottles on the bar. The food that was available was like warm to say the least. I stayed 45 minutes before leaving and spending the rest of my time in a coffee shop in the departure lounge. Extremely disappointing
