Breakfast was great, but the lunch when it arrived was rice and pasta with quite hot fillings, therefore no good for me. Food needs to be more general. Bar was good.

We queued for 30 minutes to get in, on entering there was no room in the lounge and we ended up sitting it what looked like cheap cafe. The place was a mess the hot food area small and crowded. We paid over £90 for a sausage sandwich that you make yourself, I’d have liked a bacon sandwich but every time more bacon was put out it was like a feeding frenzy at the zoo! The toilets were dirty and I had to pick toilet roll up off the floor. As there was no choice to which lounge we could book as a family we are discussing flying from a different airport for our next trip

Over crowded, poor food choices with no fresh fruit or lighter options. Miserable staff who clearly were not enjoying their job. Queues for bathrooms and not enough seating for all those that had booked. More space and better chicory/ service in the terminal!

Stayed at The Ibis (112-114 Bath Road) the night before our flight from LHR. Mariana on Reception was superb, giving us a room in a quieter area of the hotel overlooking the back, so we had a great night's sleep. Bahal was superb the following morning sorting out a taxi for us as the one we had booked didn't turn up! The room was very clean, comfortable and more than adequate for our one-night stay. We had a drink and pizza in the hotel restaurant which was excellent value for money. Couldn't fault this hotel or its service in any way. Thank you!

The airport lounge at Heathrow Terminal 2 was disappointing. Very limited drinks choice. One red wine, one white , no sparkling. Didn’t see any magazines or papers. Food was poor. The lounge was spacious and comfortable seating.

I arrived to the airport 3 and a half hours before my flight so that I could use as much time as possible in the lounge. I was not allowed into the airport until 3 hours before my take off time, and when I did get in, it took so long to get through check in and security that I only spent 1 hour in the lounge before I needed to go and board my flight. £36 for 1 hour in the lounge was not worth it. Staff were polite, but for breakfast I think the food was very limited. I have used lounges many times, but this has put me off to be honest. It’s supposed be be a relaxing start to your trip, and a bit of a treat, but for the time I had, and the cost, it wasn’t worth it I’m sorry to say.

Below is an email I sent to Premium Plaza Lounges following my complaint and their response: Dear Yong Shook Leng, Hello - I hope you are well, thank you for your email. As I explained in my initial email I did ask a member of staff for vegetarian options. He stopped, listened to my question, then - turned and walked away and while walking told me that the vegetarian sausages would take 10 minutes to cook and they didn't have those options available all the time, then left me standing there. As I also explained in my initial email my friend only had a cup of coffee because the choices were so limited. Clearly he did not want the trouble of having to take my order or he would have said yes, we do have different options. Let me get you a menu (or something like that) and then told me the time I would have to wait. None of this was forthcoming, in fact there was no customer service at all apart from the lady that checked us in at reception. I'm quite surprised by your response as you do not seem to acknowledge any of the points I have raised. As a customer, that has spent £80.00 (for two hot drinks, a croissant, scrambled egg and baked beans), I feel that I have not - in any way shape or form - received value for money or a good experience; it's important to note that customer service is the cornerstone of any business and this has been seriously lacking. Your last sentence says "Please do keep us posted on your next visit and we look forward to being of service to you in the near future." but I have to tell you that, due to the outcome of your 'review' I will not be using Plaza Premium Lounge again and I have told family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances of my visit experience and advised them not to use your lounges either as the service is seriously lacking.

It was very pleasant to be able to rest, taking advantage of the lounge. The food was excellent as were the drinks. I was a little disappointed that there were no newspapers or magazines available. It was a comfortable way to begin my holiday.

Booked plaza lounge at Heathrow T2. Short wait to get in as someone didn’t have appropriate payment ready. Plenty of space for thec2 of us. Comfortable and clean with own toilets in lounge. breakfast was good, hot and cold options.

I was happy with the lounge and the staff but it's a bit of a con is the three hours alloted time as the time starts when check in opens and finishes when the plane leaves ,so you have to check in baggage ,then get to the gate and all within the alloted three hours ,so I basically had about an hour and forty minutes in the lounge so you can't have three hours ,unless you are delayed ,

The plates in the lounge are small plates to small to get a breakfast on. People were asking for bigger plates but were told that was the only size available. More suitable for bread rolls not meals.

Everything went smoothly although the lounge was busy. My only comment which is more for the lounger is that access should be allowed 3/12 hrs before the flight as you have to leave early to get to your departure gate

Very happy. It made the start of the holiday very relaxing. It wasn't noisy, there was plenty of food and drink. You could keep an eye on flights. First time we have used but definitely book again
