everything was as described and the reception staff were very helpful. Some of the waitresses however were not. They did not want to get any replacement champagne and instead told us to to go the upstairs level where there 'should be some' even though I had already told them that upstairs had run out too. They simply didn't seem to care and it let the experience down.

Perfect place to relax before a flight. A lounge is needed in every terminal. I am flying from Heathrow Terminal 2 in may but I cannot find a lounge in terminal 2

So nice to relax in peace and quiet having already been at the airport for three hours. The staff were lovely especially the member of staff who organised a much needed massage chair. Boarded our plane stress free.

The lounge would of been lovely but unfortunately they had a mouse problem, it didn't make to much different to myself but upset my wife so she would not eat or drink anything in the lounge.

Comfortabel lounge - adequate seating. Tea and coffee was ok. Breakfast was not particularly inspiring or tasty. Pastries could have been served warm. Mushrooms and tomatoes tasteless and egg rubbery. We were there when they switched to lunch which again did not look great - we did not try it.

On arrival it was very busy so there were few places to sit which made it difficult especially when travelling alone, as I was. It meant leaving your personal belongings unattended whilst getting drinks and food. However, there was a good supply of both and they were always replaced promptly. Again because of how busy it was tables weren't getting cleaned as quickly as they could have been. Once it quietened down it was so much better. Despite this I would definitely recommend using them again as it does make the time you have to spend in the airport pass more pleasantly!

On purchasing I was told you catered for gluten free, it didn't really appear so when we got there, there was no gluten free meals, just soup that had pasta in it. Quality and choice of food was very poor. I have been to far superior lounges. Waiting staff were very vague when asked for things. Very disappointing.
