  • The Yorkshire Lounge Hi thankyou for ease of booking etc but we were in the Yorkshire Lounge and for some reason I thought it was adults only .It was mobbed with children if you have lounges that are child free you should make it known

  • The Yorkshire Lounge Not enough time to enjoy, very nearly missed the flight, getting through security was a nightmare, the airport was far busier than I expected it to be at that time of morning especially as it was a Sunday

  • The Yorkshire Lounge The airport lounge was good when we finally got in. There was only 1 person booking people in so had to queue for half an hour. We booked it thinking it would stop this. We would book the lounge again and hopefully do not have the same experience.

  • The Yorkshire Lounge The lounge was of really poor quality. We have previously used the lounge and we’re very disappointed. Very limited food and drinks compared to previous visits. No reserved tables as per previous and tables not cleared promotly

  • The Yorkshire Lounge We was very upset with the lounge , firstly the food they had to offer is was disgusting and I wouldn’t feed it to my dog , it looked like it had been out for days and was not fit to eat , they had 2 coffee machines that was not working and only one news paper between lots of people , and after paying £30 each when I went to the bar for a prosseco I was told I had to pay an extra £7 for this , so it goes without saying it was not a very nice experience to start our special holiday to celebrate our 50th birthdays…

  • The Yorkshire Lounge Choice of a main meal was an absolute disgrace. Other items which were promised were not available eg salads , scones. A rip-off. Not worth the money unless you want to drink 6 plus alcoholic drinks. Having been in many lounges this one is by far the worst.

  • The Yorkshire Lounge Queued for so long to check in and go through security that we only had 40 minutes in the lounge. Won’t pay for lounge again until airports return to acceptable waiting times

  • The Yorkshire Lounge The food was absolutely dreadful. Hardly any choice and no hot dishes. Do not waste your money.

  • The Yorkshire Lounge The loungevwas comfortable but the food choice was very limited, just jacket potatoes and filling really with a tiny brownie as pudding. There was a fridge containing jugs of juice and water, but these quickly ran out and were not replenished. The bar staff dud their best but they struggled to keep up so there were frequent queues. I have been to quite a few lounges but this was disappointing.

  • The Yorkshire Lounge booked the yorkshire rose suite from 1 till 4 as my flight left at 4-55 and got told i couldnt enter until 1-40 as that would be my 3 hours ,which would leave me 15 mins to catch my flight will not be booking again

  • The Yorkshire Lounge Very disappointed, payed additional money in case flight delayed, which it was then at 16.15 I went to the bar for another drink and was told because of the time of my flight I couldn’t be served. I complained to the lady at the door & she said she would come & see me, that never happened. We left the lounge and spent the rest of our time in a bar just outside the lounge. Would never book the lounge again & certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
