  • Aspire - Read more Aspire reviews The service in the lounge was very poor. There were no plates to eat from. The food was cold and dried up. There was no bread and the staff were not helpful. I was very disappointed.

  • Aspire Tables were a bit untidy when we arrived, staff seemed really busy but couldn't do enough for us and replenished dishes regularly. They even brought out scones with jam and cream for us - delicious

  • Aspire I booked the Liverpool aspire lounge through your company. However I was refused access because I knew another family that also booked. In the aspire lounge .1paid in advance , asof today I havnt received any refund

  • Aspire I do not wish to use a company that does not allow a simple way to unsubscribe to emails. I didn’t realise such companies are still in business

  • Aspire We didn't get to try it as there was nine of us in the party 5 young 1s and 4 old 1s the 5 young 1s booked the airport lounge the older 1s didn't want yo go in but then as a surprise my mum booked the 4 older 1s in as a surprise to us they refused us entry and also refused our money back so you had pound off us and we were not allowed to use the service.

  • Aspire Can't think of anything to improve. Lots of nice tasty food and drink. Service by staff excellent and friendly. Have already booked for my next trip to Liverpool

  • Aspire There was a problem with the parking which was easily resolved by the parking attendant. They did say that there have been a number of problems previously with bookings with holiday extras in the past. Perhaps this is something you could check up on

  • Aspire there was very little food to chose from , I was also very disappointed that the food such as the bread was left to dry out and not replaced with fresh, for making a sandwich, as with all the food non was replaced

  • Aspire The check in times for the lounge don't really allow for what time the check in opens , I paid for access 3 hours prior to the flight yet couldn't check in my bags u til about an hour and a half before boarding

  • Aspire Arrived at lanzoÅ•ate airport. Was given direction were our taxi would be.
    And taxi was there to collect on time to return to the airport

  • Aspire Booked airport lounge at liverpool everything was fine. My only complaint was the hot food. There should if been at least 2 choices. Not everyone mike tomatoe pasta
