- Escape Lounge Terminal 3 Facilities were great, staff were polite, helpful and accommodating. Lounge was warm, friendly and welcoming with a nice selection of food, snacks and drinks ( both hot and cold)

- Escape Lounge Terminal 3 I had special assistance booked with the carrier. When I arrived at the airport, the aid who helped me on my checking in and transit through the airport, explained that there were two lounges available. As i was departing from Terminal 1, it made sense to offload my luggage and make my way to the lounge in Terminal 1. Unfortunately my wife and I were denied access. Even after explaining our situation we were not allowed entry to the lounge. Obviously this was a disappointment to our holiday after receiving great service from the carrier on our arrival at Manchester airport.

- Escape Lounge Terminal 3 My husband is very I’ll at the moment and the lounge was somewhere we could go before our flight.
The facilities were comfortable albeit a table wasn’t reserved for us so could have been more comfortable.
We also booked parking with Holiday Extras but unfortunately we had to r3urn home on an earlier flight which went into a different terminal. On contacting Holiday Extras, we got exemplary service from Kyle, the Manager on duty on the day of our return, who offered to move our vehicle to the other terminal himself. - Escape Lounge Terminal 3 Excellent service in the escape lounge. Although our time was limited, due to our flight time, we enjoyed the food and environment. The buffet breakfast was hot and tasty. We would book again.

- Escape Lounge Terminal 3 Not much choice for children, and it also took over 15 minutes waiting in a queue to get in as it wasn’t as quick as scanning a code and getting in.

- Escape Lounge Terminal 3 We paid the insurance to cover flight delays but we’re told we hadto re pay the lounge fee+ claim it back from holiday extras but not evrybody has that type of money spare

- Escape Lounge Terminal 3 Food was not as described. Only overcooked pasta with chilli sauce for lunch otherwise a choice of sandwiches!!! No dessert and no fruit other than an apple. No soft drinks except watered down coke. No cake other other than a dry scone. This was at lunchtime 1pm !!! We ate with spoon and knife as no forks available. Staff unhelpful and unwilling to make anymore food available. Seating was at a small coffee table.

- Escape Lounge Terminal 3 THE CLAYTON HOTEL IS ONLY QUITE ORDINARY & THE EVENING MEAL THE SAME, HOWEVER WAITING FOR COACH TO COLLECT US ON OUR RETURN TO THE CLAYTON TOOK A VERY LONG TIME & THANK GOODNESS IT WAS ONLY RAINING A VERY SLIGHTLY !

- Escape Lounge Terminal 3 I have used this lounge before and in the past found it to be very good. The staff are excellent but did seem to be under pressure as it was very busy. Previously the food has been of a good quality but this visit the sandwiches were dry and curled up also the only hot meal option was chilli which was not ideal.

- Escape Lounge Terminal 3 Was a great experience from arriving to leaving the airport lounge. Comfortable surroundings. Good food and plenty of choice of drinks. No queues. All in all fantastic and will definitely book again.
