- Aspire Plus Unfortunately I was refused entry into Aspire Plus lounge as I had my 14 yesa daughter with my family holiday package, I had already enquired about this beforehand and your company representative told me I would be ok so as long as I ordered 3 x adult tickets. I had to pay additional £117 to enter the Aspire lounge (bar man service) so I would like a refund for this please, already raised a complaint and awaiting reply

- Aspire Plus I have an open complaint (Ref DJPHKW) as the lounge I booked we were denied entry as my soon are under 18yrs age - even though I triple checked this with your advisor who confirmed it would be fine. I then had to purchase entry to the other lounge which means I am out of pocket and also both my sons felt like they were responsible for us not getting in (which wasn’t a great start to our holiday)

- Aspire Plus Upon arrival there was some confusion with the booking until someone stepped in to sort it out. If I hadn't been before I would have been in the wrong lounge and not the plus lounge. After that it was just how I like it, the serving staff were brilliant the lounge was clean and tidy. I did miss the lack of newspapers.

- Aspire Plus The staff at Newcastle Aspire Lounge are always pleasant and helpful and the food was better this year than in previous years.We used Aspire Lounge for adults only ,so don’t know if the food is the same as in the normal lounge.

When my party of 4 arrived in the Newcastle aspire plus on Sat 24 June we were informed it had closed before covid yet my booking was accepted on 26 Sept
Why wasn’t I advised of this,the aspire lounge manager was very helpful managing to allow us in the aspire lounge even though we weren’t booked in there,
We were very unhappy about this as we had paid extra for the aspire plus
Some reimbursement would be appreciated

- Aspire Plus Excellent facilities, very comfortable, speedy wifi, massage chairs, showers, hot drinks, top shelf spirits. The only thing I could fault is the lack of "european" type snacks (nuts, etc)

- Aspire Plus When we arrived (Sunday 11am) there were no available seats, it was very busy and people were struggling to find anywhere to sit for the first hour. The staff were very helpful.

- Aspire Plus We booked the lounge plus and were advised their delivery had not arrived and they ran out of beer, no Prosecco and the food was less than limited, they didn’t even have cheese and crackers or even butter for bread buns. Only one hot meal choice which was vegetable chilli. Not what we paid for !

- Aspire Plus Was extremely busy trying to enter lounge as people queuing for both Aspire & Aspire plus. We left and returned 20 mins later and still queuing however we were luck enough to be going into the plus lounge and once in it was pure relaxation. Lovely snacks and drinks. Very friendly staff.

- Aspire Plus Make fast track- fast track normal queues went through quicker, very disappointed booked aspire plus had to wait at bar to get served choice of drinks not as good as usual food choice poor already submitted complaint form - NO REPLY NOT GOOD
