Reasons to book Belfast Long Stay

Arrival at Belfast Long Stay

The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so just drive up to the barrier and wait for the machine to read your number plate. IMPORTANT - you must add your car registration to your booking before you go, otherwise you will have delays in accessing the car park and may be charged again for your parking on your return.. The barrier will lift to let you in, then just drive in and park.
Don't press the ticket button at any point.

What do I do if my car registration isn't recognised?

If for any reason the system doesn't recognise your car registration, you can use the barcode on your confirmation email. Present the barcode to the flashing barcode reader on the entry column and the barrier will raise. If the barrier does not raise with either your car registration or using the barcode, press the intercom for assistance and be ready to quote your booking reference. Make a note of where you have parked and the nearest bus stop.

If you can't or prefer not to walk to the airport, just go to any of the bus stops and press the intercom button to call the bus.

Getting to and from Belfast airport

Arriving at car park:

- The automatic barrier will scan your number plate and lift.
- Park in any available bay.
- Walk 6 minutes to the terminal.

If the entrance barrier doesn't recognise your car registration, scan the barcode on your confirmation email. If the barrier does not raise with either your car registration or using the barcode press the intercom for assistance and be ready to quote your booking reference.

Returning to car park:

- Walk the 6 minutes from the terminal to the car park.
- The shuttle bus will run on request - use the intercom inside the terminal to call the bus. There's one inside at the pay machine, and one outside by the bus stop.
- Drive to the exit barrier which will lift automatically.

On your return to Belfast Long Stay

If you need the bus to come and pick you up, just call the car park using one of the intercoms at the terminal. There's one on the pay machine (where customers who've not booked have to pay) and one by the bus stop outside the terminal.

When you get back to the car park, just drive to the barrier and the automatic number plate recognition system will register your number plate and you'll be ready to go.

What do I do if my flight is delayed or I extend my trip?

If you are delayed coming back you'll be charged at the car park's gate rate at £15 per day. This will be displayed on the exit column screen and you can pay using either debit or credit card.

If you would prefer to take the free transfer bus to the terminal instead of walking, it runs when needed and takes 5 minutes.

Make sure you provide us with the correct information, including your registration, as requested and follow procedures at the car park. The car park will charge you a £5 administration fee to correct any mistakes.
