easy to use, straightforward , only problem is finding a parking space at Bristol airport, its become a very busy airport and it was a good 10 minute walk to departure checkin from finding a parking space

When we came to leave the car park we had to wait at the barrier for 15 mins,(10:00pm) as the attendant had no record of our booking . We then had to produce our paperwork (which they kept) as we were going to be charged for the week. We were told that this was not unusual with holiday express. We have booked for 2 cars on June 4th for 2 weeks. (Ref Nos ZIYJP & ZIYER) & I hope that this will go smoothly without any problems. I would book again if no more problems

Booked car hire and airport parking through Holiday Extras. The website is easy to use and provides good choice and competitive rates. The only negative comment I have is that the car hire company, Drive on Holidays, did not meet us at arrivals as promised, which meant that we were left asking around as to where to go. Having found a pick up point for the company shuttle to the off airport car hire office, we waited 30 mins to be picked up whilst every other car hire company running shuttles, came and went at least twice during this period. Not the best start, but thereafter Drive on Holidays performed well.

When we arrived at the exit our ticket was rejected and we were asked to pay for the week. We were sat in our car for 15 mins as there was no record of our booking, a lady then came to the car to inspect our tickets & blamed holiday extras for not passing information. She kept our paperwork in case of problems. We have booked with you for 2 cars for 2 weeks in June also, & I hope that we will not have the same problems. Our Ref Nos are ZIYJP & ZIYER. We would book again if we do not have anymore problems

I use your car park on a fairly regular basis and used it again last week. I was a pre-booked client and found the service nowhere near the usual standard. It took me around 35 minutes to find a space to park in driving around and around the bays. It was a good job I arrived for my flight early or I could have
missed it. There were signs saying "spaces this way" but there were none to be found. The problem was (as you will tell me) all the new build work going on. That new multi storey park and the moving of the car hire place did not help. I know that you cannot account for people turning up that had not booked but do you guarantee pre-booked clients a space and how do I go about finding it? Also I think the surface of the car park could do with an overhaul. The roads are bumpy and the actual parking bays are often in mud meaning dirt on bags, feet and cases. Yes I will probably travel with you again (do I have much of a choice as all the companies use the same area) but I hope things have improved vastly by then. (6 weeks time)

Easyjet too many people carrying huge bags on the plane. No check on size. Absolutely awful. Bags hitting people in face etc.wont be going with easjet again

Bristol Long Term Car Park. Insufficient spaces because too narrow and huge 4x4s badly parked left no room even for our Citroen Cactus. We found someone leaving but he was so jammed in it took 30 or so manouevres for him to extract himself. Appalling.

Booking reference ZIYLZ - Arrived at Bristol airport after visiting Faro. It was 12.40am on 9th April. Parked in long stay car park. Picked car up proceeded to exit point and put my ticket in machine. Machine advised was not valid and had to pay £81 to exit ?? Called the attendant on the intercom he advised after around 10 minutes that no record of my car and even when I quoted him the reference he advised he did not have the booking. Would not let me exit so had to reverse back and go to the office. Presented him with the booking voucher and h advised there was no record and 'this happened all the time with this company' I then asked why do you keep using them and he advised that they decide to use Bristol Airport and nothing they can do about it and that if I had booked with the airport direct there would be no issues ?? After another 15 minutes he eventually let me exit. I don't understand why as if my car was not booked in then I should have paid ??? He was not helpful and just advised was not his fault. I am also writing to Bristol airport. To be fair I have not had an issue previously with your company so do not understand what happened. This delayed our departure by 30 minutes with a flight delay also. Would you please reply to me (details on my booking reference). Mr P Roberts

Everything fine except when checking into the parking at Bristol Airport Long Stay was issued with a ticket that said "Pay at Machine" - OK turned out not to be case and no problem when we left the car park but provided some anxiety when on holiday. Could the ticket not have said that the fee had been paid.

I chose Airport Parking in the Long Stay Car Park at Bristol Airport.
When I arrived before my flight, the Car Registration recognition camera misread my number plate.
I anticipated a problem on my return but the security man reassured me there would be someone available in the kiosk to sort everything out when leaving.
The gentleman in the kiosk last night was very helpful and this didn't impact greatly on my onward journey home.

I booked it first in Silver Zone, which said on site parking. It wasn’t until I printed it off that I realised I had to leave my keys. I rang up and changed it to Long Stay parking with no problem. When it said on site parking, l automatically thought I would keep the keys. Perhaps this could be a little clearer.
