Nothing, why do you think there was, just because I will not be recommending you? That assumes an invalid link between the two events. However, I have just come across a problem in the next question - the correct answer (Family, but not the categories offered - we have adult children) is not in the list.

ANPR system worked perfectly on entry and exit. Parked in Zone C just a 5 minute walk to the Terminal. There were plenty of spaces available in the same area. Booking process is easy.

Yes, we were especially delighted that we booked the Aspire Lounge through you as we were delayed for 4 hours at Bristol Airport because of an accident on the runway the day before. It was so much more pleasant waiting in the lounge. Thankyou so much.

Perfect except for Kittila airport on return, to small for the amount of people they squashed in, plus 1 hour delay in tiny airport so they moved us to the plane and left us on there for another hour before takeoff.

No problems with Holiday Extras.The car park itself was very poor in parts and for the second time the ANRP failed to read my car plate successfully and I was obliged to return to the HELP cabin for assistance.

All went well until picking the car up as the plane was delayed by one hour,got to the exit barrier and then had to pay £1 EXIT fee which then meant having to go back to the paying station to sort out. Wouldn't it be easier to take the payment out of my credit card that I originally booked on??

I booked a car which was guaranteed to be 'new' ie under 12 months old. The car which I was given by Sixt was, I was told, 6 months old . It had already sustained a significant amount of cosmetic damage and had kms on the clock. Documentation in the car suggested it was registered in Nov.
Having said that the Sixt staff were very good and the process and the hire were satisfactory.

Great to park at the airport and close enough to walk in and out (although buses run regularly). No hassle and confident car was safe. Spoke to operator on return as flight had been delayed. He was helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Excellent service

Ticket was printed stating you need to pay at kiosk on leaving. The man on the helpline number simply said you will need to find a car park attendant. This we did but took us fifteen minutes. Just for reference our transfer on our return journey booked by you failed to show and your response has been appalling. I intend to publish my experience on trip advisor and social media and will not use you again
