You need to say that when you arrive at Bristol airport Silver Zone you need to (a) walk to the office to give your keys in and (b) get on a crowded shuttle bus to the terminal. All this takes 45 minutes and is not suitable for anyone handicapped. Also I couldn’t get the exit barrier to raise. Found out someone (you or me?) made a mistake in writing my car number that starts with an ‘O’ (letter) wrong by printing a ‘0’ (number). Most annoying error in the system

Everything ran very smoothly the drop and pick up quick and efficient and the staff very helpful. The buses were timely and not overcrowded.

We encountered queues before even getting into the parking area. Long queues after that to book car in and more queues to catch shuttle bus to terminal.

Everything was very easy and went smoothly. The only issue we had was that we parked in the disabled bays when we left our car but our car was not in a disabled bay when we returned which was really not very helpful.

I paid for 3 seats together on my outbound journey and a window seat so my 7 Yr old daughter could enjoy her first flight with a view out of the window and we didn't get the seats I booked and she didn't get a window seat so I'm hugely disappointed as you ruined our outbound journey.

Very good. Only gripe is having to pay extra to change parking times - flight cancelled, lost a day of the holiday as had to fly back early and so used the car park space for less time yet paid more for it!

Booked numerous times with Holiday Extras for car parking at Silver Zone Bristol airport, reliable, trustworthy & professional, never had any problems. Unfortunately just returned from Menorca Friday 9 September & had to wait over half an hour to pick the car up because it had not been driven to the pick up point. Staff were very apologetic but the wait was tiresome.

Staff all fine and helpful, facilities all as described, bus transfers both ways very good. Preferred last year's arrangement where your parked your car in a bay and took your keys with you less chance of damage to car due to movement my car this year had been moved to the tune of 1.7miles with some slight scratches to one side rear, which I can hopefully polish out.

Had to wait 25 minutes for bus on outgoing journey, packed in like sardines & only just got on bus, many more people waiting after us, not acceptable. Return journey was excellent.

All good organised, efficent, freindly and helpful staff on outward flight but on return to pick up vehicle was a little bit chaotic through one person being on the desk issuing vehicle keys in the early hours queuing took longer than expected

Parking at Silver Zone was a swift and easy process. From the auto key drop (with staff on hand for any queries), to the waiting shuttle bus that dropped us off at the terminal. What a refreshing change compared to LHR and LGW.
