Went in OK but car park barrier wouldn't let us out for 10mins. Just as went up to barrier again and pressed the button at the bottom of the panel for assistance the barrier went up.

Everything went smoothly with the car park. We just turned up at the turnstile and it automatically opened and we found a space. No need to leave a key. On exit we simply drove out. It was really easy.

Booked on line in the morning but on arrival at the barrier at 5pm the ANPR camera did not recognise our car and so the barrier would not open. Had to use the intercom and were told that 'the system' would not have our booking yet as we'd only booked that morning. Had to take ticket and get it validated on return. Not impressed with that but otherwise all good.

Slight problem as our return flight was delayed. We had actually paid extra for this eventuality, but still had a problem, however upon contracting the help desk we finally exited the car park. It was a little annoying as we were tired and all we wanted was to get home.

Car Park was easy to find, enter and exit, and was convenient for the terminal - car number recognition worked well. But there were LARGE potholes leading up to the entrance and most of the car park was not surfaced.. Bus pick up services did not seem to be very frequent - it was quicker to walk to the terminal (which was relatively close)

The car parking was excellent. We received confirmation emails several days prior to traveling which give us piece of mind that everything was ok. There were no problems with parking. The barrier lifted on our arrival and exit with no need to speak with anyone. It was as stated a short walk to the terminal from car park one.

Booked Cardiff Airports long stay one carpark The barrier did not open automatically no one was manning the assistance desk forcing me to take a ticket. When I returned After a delayed flight it took me a further two hours to sort out the problem. Not an experience I would want in the future.
