Wasn’t sure of a few things but the chat line was very helpful. You could do with not so many emails suggesting you book a space when you’ve already done it.

As it was the first time we have used this s car park, had some initial difficulty locating it. Once parked everywhere went smoothly. Tarmac surface would help with pulling suitcases.

Easy parking at the airport, no need for tickets etc Transfers- delayed outward flight - taxi rep stayed in contact to rearrange our pickup. Return transfer was early.

Long Stay Car Park in Cardiff Airport has moved further from the Airport itself. Instead of easy walkable/ bus access it is now a longer walk only and cases need to be carried up steps at nearest exit to airport. Also Parking lanes in lot are neither numbered nor lettered and if arriving back in dark it is difficult to identify where you left vehicle. Looking for improvement only.

Booked long stay car park at Cardiff Airport. Very easy to find due to comprehensive directions given. Registration number plate recognition made it simple to enter and exit the car park. Would highly recommend Holiday Extras.

Cardiff’s Long Stay car park is awful!! It’s not gridded there are no signs for rows etc eg 1,2,3 or ABC so in a featureless large car park it was a nightmare after 16 days remembering which row my car was parked in won’t use it again

Excellent no paperwork needed, anpr cameras pick up your number plate & drive straight in, same coming home. Holiday extras also allowed us to turn up up to an hour earlier than our booked time, to give us more time to check in etc, due to the problems some airports have been experiencing. But no problems whatsoever at Cardiff Airport

Booked long stay at Cardiff airport. Perfect, drove up, barriers opened. Plenty of spaces to park. Got back late monday morning, drove up to barriers, which opened. Job done. Short walk to terminal. Great price. Definitely WILL USE AGAIN
