The service in principle was fine but the person I spoke to on the telephone did not give useful info. Eg I explained my printer didn't work and then found I needed to print the voucher

We only booked car parking at the airport so can't really say much, other than that we parked okay and we collected our car okay. We were satisfied with the price, which was lower than anywhere else, and our on-line booking was straight forward.

staff very friendly and helpful, we had driven through a blizzard to reach the hotel and arrived very early but we warmly welcomed and when we returned the service was very efficient and we got away quickly.

Yes the directions were very good and the details of what to do on return were clear. Only problem we had was on arrival back to Cardiff they could not find our reservation but as I had my printed Holiday Extras confirmation they validated the parking

we ordered car parking at cardiff airport. The only problem, it was not clear what long stay car park we were staying in - we ended up going the wrong way, having to contact the car parking people to let us out of car parks to find the correct one.

No problem on departure. On return a long queue formed at validation desk even though only one flight had arrived. Couldn't the validation desk be accessed as passengers are waiting for their luggage?

reasonable prices parking close proximity to airport maybe highlight that you have to validate your parking ticket in the terminal before you can get the car out we thought you just put the ticket in the barrier

We parked in the new car park at Cardiff and it was a lot closer than the old long stay, we walked back to the car rather than wait for a bus in the freezing cold - excellent!

Bus driver on return trip really helpful. Took us as close to our car as he could, helped us with 2 large cases & made sure we got to our car before driving off.

It went very smoothly. There were plenty of staff available to advise us on the parking arrangements, even when we arrived back at Cardiff at mid night. They were also very friendly. We were close to the airport terminal. We have no adverse comments to make and will certainly use this service again. S Evans

You sent us a map for Car Park 1 which somehow we couldn't get to We landed in No2, the bus was delayed and we'd a short walk to the terminal. On the whole, it was a good arrangement.

When arriving back in Cardiff airport on Sat 1st of AUG in the rain,I had to leave my wife who is disabled,at one of the pick up points in the short term car park,I then had to proceed over to the overspill car park.After inserting my card in the barrier I then had to drive out turn right and drive around in a complete loop before arriving back at the short term car park to pick up my by then wet and thouroughly fed up wife.A really upsetting way in which to end what had been a wonderful holiday.
