Yes the staff were helpful and the facilities were ok, but, your return journey instructions were need to be amended. Your instruction say once you have picked up your luggage go to the arrivals hall and turn left passed the Spar shop and information desk. Neither are there now. You have to go straight through the door to the outside and across the road where the bus will stop making sure not to get on the Jet Parks Bus.

I booked the Long Stay 2 at East Midlands airport, it was easy to find, but when we got to the barrier it wouldn't let us in so we waited but then there was a car behind us so my husband pressed the green button which issued a token then let us in. I then had to ring the intercom for help and he told me to go back out using the token and then drive up to the barrier again, and that time it let us in. After the holiday we exited with no problem. The bus only takes about 5 mins to take you to departures. Staff helpful on the intercom and solved our issue.

Had never booked Long Stay at East Midlands. Meet & Greet would be my preferred choice. That said, the spaces were bigger than short stay, and the shuttle bus was easy to find. My vehicle was damaged last time I parked in short stay.

Had problems getting out of car park, would not recognize my number plate, tried a couple of times, in the end had to buzz the intercom, it could be better lit around the exit area.

You sent me a message saying that I was in long stay2 at East Midlands airport when I arrive the barrier would not go up and there was cars coming behind me so I had to press to get a token to get in the car park I returned to the barrier after parking my car and spoke to a man on the intercom he said I should have been in longstay1 but it was ok to park there as I would have been late for my plane. After this I did recheck what you sent me and it definitely said long stay 2 after my holiday the barrier wouldn’t let me out with 4 cars behind me it took what felt like an eternity for the stroppy lady on the intercom to let me out saying yet again I was in the wrong car park. I would like an apology from holidayextras for the undue hassle I had to endure

Not as described. Your website https://www.holidayextras.co.uk/long-stay-2-eastmidlands-airport-parking.html says courtesy bus runs every 10 minutes. Sign on bus shelter reads "Shuttle Bus to the terminal every 15 minutes" Screen inside bus gave incorrect location at start of journey from terminal. Long Stay 2 car park poorly lit, which didn't help at 2 in the morning!

The instructions on how to get to Long stay car park 2 need updating, but once we got there everything was fine, excellent bus transfers to and from the terminal.

The car park is very close to the terminal but we had difficulty at the barrier with a number of attempts to get the barrier up. Repositioning the car backwards and forwards until the camera accepted us. Coming out was fine. The car park was very full and it took time to find a very narrow space due to poor parking by others.

All perfect as previous experiences. Long stay 2 is preferred as tarmac carpark - suggest this surface is adopted to all car parks. Possibly the only negative is the option of toilets - were there any? if these exist, better signage please.

Stayed in long stay 2 easy to find found a space within a minute or two and bus stop straight opposite. Bus arrived within 5 minutes there and back and only takes about two minutes to terminal. Great service definitely use again

We paid for parking via the app, on arrival we were given a coin unlike my sisters party. On our return we used the token, however were give a fee to pay again. After a quick chat with customer service all sorted.

We hadn’t used long stay 2 before. There was plenty of empty spaces. We had to walk to the terminal as after waiting for a while no bus had turned up. We did manage to get the bus back to the car park.
