The GPS Coordinates (52.824856, -1.334249) on the guide how to get to the car park, were wrong. I almost missed my flight because of that. The coordinates took me to a nearby town.

no on trying to exit it wouldnt accept token told to pay 80.00 got hold of assistant who said we shouldnt have token so cleared us after proving reg plate and booking number

Carpark was fine, walk to the terminal would have been fine if it had not been freezing cold and trying to snow but i will not hold that against "holiday extras" !!!

We have used you on many occasions at East Midlands Airport and the price has always been below others, only thing that could be approved is the cost of the refund guarantee which is more than EMA.

We were freezing cold walking all the way to the car park and could not leave as the barrier did not lift or recognise our car. I rang the helpline X 3 only to get told you were only available daytime hours!,,, the call for assistance at the barrier was not working either. Very poor service indeed, another couple who had parked held the barrier up for us then we did the same for them.....it can only happen in UK, our country that can't cope with bad weather it would seem. For high cost of parking car, no assistance was available. Yes indeed we vacated the car park but possibly by illegal measures haha!, Anyway have proof we paic

Details to get into car park are incorrect. One now gets a token on entry and I needed to contact the site to get out on return as it didn't work properly. Representative was very helpful but on a cold night it would have been good for the machine to function as it is supposed to

Car PARK 2 not long stay 3. On return to car park the number recognition did not work and after an anxious 5 minutes the attendant came on the phone to let us out

When booking, website prepopulates and alters times. I didn't notice this and incurred a £15 surcharge at the airport. Boxes should be empty for us to put times in to avoid any confusion.

The service from Holiday Extras was very good; everything went very smoothly. East Midlands airport could do with resurfacing the path between the Terminal and the Mid Stay 1 car park as pushing a heavy baggage trolley over the current path is very difficult.
